Join Liv for a 90 minute practice which incorporates a core remix, Buti yoga and guided meditation.
First we dedicate us to the core and utilize the deep abdominal muscles to enhance core strength and push limits of your yoga practice. We will maximize muscle toning with the use of socks to facilitate friction and resistance. So bring a fluffy pair of socks!

The Buti yoga main part of this class is a dynamic practice that intuitively blends primal movement with cardio bursts and vibration. We will use plyometrics, dance, and high intensity training to heat the body up. Music will be our internal guide to get out of our heads and into the body. In this class, we will use a spiral structure technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the core.

Finally the guided meditation with sound healing harmonies connects the body and mind in a blissful peace.
