Join us for a special 90-Minute class allowing full breadth of yoga practice including pranayama, movement, stillness, rest, and meditation. Vinyasa will serve to bring us into divine alignment while we explore our strength and stamina. Periods of long holds and balance postures will precede Yin and restorative asanas to invite body flexibility, stillness, and creation of space. We will have a long surrender in Savasana then conclude with a guided meditation and chime sound bath. This class is suitable for all level students.
