This class is designed for our expectant mothers and for those who have given birth. For 75 minutes a gentle guided flow and supported postures are offered for yoga students at any part of the prenatal and postpartum journey, allowing for building strength and stamina, creating flexibility and space for the body, and cultivating a peaceful mind.
