In this 90 minute class we will work on the foundations of stability and core engagements to alchemize the unfolding of strengthening postures such as inversions and arm blances. Much like an alchemist transforms matter into an elixir or gold, this class will show you the transformation process of simple postures into a more advanced asana. Practitioners can expect to unfurl into a deep grace and delicate strength.

Join Liv for a 90 minute BIG SQUEEZE. This class will focus on compression and elongation of the bandhas with internal engagement that creates a foundational inner stability. This grounded stability gives way to lightness of the body only experienced from focused effort. And with effort will come the sweetest ease and release. This class will include twists, arm balances and a sweet breathing meditation. All levels are welcome. Modifications will be given.
